It must be always very evident that membership is absolutely free and voluntary on this maintenance and breeding program prototype; along with metapopulations managing and genetic problems in small populations struggle as primordial concern.

The main goal is to generate a database to help participants to accomplish at least some of the PGA guideline purposes and fundamentally to promote one’s species viability.

Due to this principle the participation list is considered only as an internal affair, or by other words, it is only available to members exclusively. 

Even so there is some data that is not available to other participants unless written permit is given to do so.

This section includes the next fields :

Open data to members only

• Name ( complete or only first and family names )

• Country

• City ( means residence location )

• PGA identification number

Data available to members only after written consent

• E-mail address

Inaccessible fields

• Admittance date

• Data actualisation date

As we are talking about an Internet support revealing your home address, complete name and other personal data is at your own criteria. 

Location information is however required to make possible some decisions concerning donation, exchange, sell or buy operations between participants.

E-mail address is the preponderant link to interested members in an operation what so ever the nature of it. Even so, written allowance must be received from addressee prior to divulgation to sender.

The public information is done in the way of a PGA list, but the fish operations between participants is seen as a personal matter and must be assumed only by two, in a personal way, without any interference from the system or from other members.

Next figure is an example of this section. Data used for this propose is absolutely fictitious.
